The work
You will complete realistic data analysis and spreadsheet tasks on your own Mac, then explain the reasoning behind your choices. Work may involve cleaning datasets, using pivot tables and lookups, creating charts, and building financial or operational models in Excel, Numbers, and/or Google Sheets. Familiarity with SQL, Python/R, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus rather than a stated requirement.
What the screening covers
The application begins with a resume review and a three-minute AI interview focused on research and reasoning. Expect prompts that ask for verifiable examples of spreadsheet work, explanations of how you validate an analysis, and concise reasoning under follow-up. Candidates who progress complete a brief paid assessment based on role-relevant tasks.
