The work

You will own cross-functional workstreams affecting experts throughout their experience with Mercor, including onboarding, support, payments and project matching. Day to day, this means reviewing feedback, support tickets and data, translating problems into prioritized requests, assigning owners, running check-ins and escalating risks when work stalls.
