The work
You will answer medication-related questions from patient context, source materials, and labelling guidance, then assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, safety, clarity, completeness, and evidentiary support. Representative work covers medication histories, indications, dosing, contraindications, interactions, prior authorisation requirements, supporting documentation, and pharmacy workflows.
Review and annotation
Day to day, you will correct inaccurate or incomplete responses, apply structured annotation rubrics, and explain your decisions in writing. Cases with conflicting guidance, insufficient evidence, unclear context, or patient safety concerns must be identified and escalated rather than resolved through unsupported assumptions.
What the screen assesses
Mercor is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician or someone with equivalent pharmacy technician experience, including hands-on work with medications, prescriptions, pharmacy operations, and prior authorisation workflows. Screening is likely to test medication safety knowledge, evidence-based review judgment, familiarity with annotation guidelines, and the ability to incorporate calibration feedback consistently.
Practical details
The project requires availability for 30–40 hours per week. The listing does not specify whether the work is remote, whether hours are asynchronous, or how long the project is expected to run.
