You write and answer analytical problems in Arabic and English that models get wrong — then explain, step by step, why the correct answer is correct. A typical task looks like a sales-by-location table where the naive growth calculation is misleading because of an early-period spike, or a constraint puzzle about delivery routes where the ordering rules quietly eliminate most branches. You produce the prompt, the reference answer, and the reasoning trace; you also review model outputs and annotate exactly where the reasoning went off the rails, rather than simply marking it wrong.

Much of the value is in the explanation, not the answer. A reviewer marking your submission wants to see the arithmetic, the assumption you made about the time window, and the point where an alternative reading of the question would have led somewhere else. Research matters too: some tasks ask you to validate claims in supplied content against online sources and flag what cannot be substantiated.

What the screen looks for

  • Genuine working fluency in both Arabic and English — Arabic tasks are not translations of English ones, and you will be asked to reason natively in both.
  • Whether you can decompose a large piece of content into logical blocks and summarise without flattening the nuance.
  • Comfort with data interpretation, basic arithmetic and logical reasoning; no specialised domain background is required, and Turing states it is open to candidates without a degree who have relevant working experience.
  • Evidence of professional writing — analyst, journalist, editor, technical writer, translator — where someone else read and relied on what you produced.

Logistics
