The work
You will review sample questions in Spanish and English to determine whether they reflect how residents actually ask for help. You will write rubrics for correct and complete answers, then evaluate Spanish AI responses for factual errors, omissions, mistranslations, unclear wording, and unnatural phrasing. Subject areas include Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, and National Park services.
What the screen assesses
micro1 is looking for native or professional Spanish and English, plus at least one year of counseling or public-assistance experience in one or more relevant subject areas. The screen is likely to test whether you can support your experience with specific examples, distinguish stylistic issues from substantive errors, and define what a useful answer must include. No AI experience is required.

This is a remote, US-based contractor role for a short-term project. Work is asynchronous and typically requires 10-20 hours/week, with greater availability toward the end of the project and the ability to start quickly.
