The work
You will analyze and annotate clinical scenarios, patient cases, operational information, and healthcare data used to train AI systems. Day-to-day tasks may include checking AI-generated medical content, applying diagnostic and physiological knowledge, explaining clinical terminology and workflows, and identifying outputs that could lead to inaccurate decisions or inefficient care processes.
What the screening covers
The AI-led interview is about 35 minutes and is designed to verify clinical experience through specific examples and follow-up questions. Expect probes on diagnostic reasoning, general medicine, clinical protocols, physiology, medical documentation, electronic health records, privacy, and how you distinguish a clinically material error from a stylistic weakness. Japanese language fluency: JLPT N1 or equivalent (native/near-native). English proficiency: C1 or higher.
