The work
You will assess AI-generated benefits-navigation scenarios intended for a synthetic dataset and validate the rubrics used to evaluate them. Day to day, that means checking whether customer questions, service workflows, coverage explanations, and escalation paths reflect real benefits operations, then recommending precise corrections when content is inaccurate, unrealistic, ambiguous, or potentially harmful.
What the platform screens for
The short domain-expert interview is likely to test your direct experience in benefits administration, benefits navigation, or healthcare coverage, along with your working knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid. Expect follow-up questions about common member issues, claims or payer workflows, escalation practices, and the boundary between general education and advice that requires a licensed, legal, clinical, or plan-specific referral. Employer-sponsored group benefits, health and welfare administration, advocacy, customer service, quality assurance, rubric development, content validation, and review of AI-generated or synthetic content are strongly preferred backgrounds.
Practical details
This is a remote, hourly, non-clinical review role. The listing does not specify whether work is asynchronous, the expected weekly commitment, or typical working hours, so candidates should be ready to state their actual availability and any scheduling constraints during screening.
Pay band: $70/hr
