The work
You will wear a smartphone head mount and record first-person footage of your hands interacting with tools, materials and other physical objects during normal workplace tasks. Videos are submitted through micro1-approved mobile apps and used to support AI and robotics development. Recording must take place in a real commercial or industrial setting, without changing normal operations or compromising safe work practices.

The screen is likely to verify your workplace setting, the specific tasks you can safely record, your authority or permission to film and your access to compatible equipment. Eligible settings are Agriculture or Landscaping, Auto Services, Carpentry, Cabinetmaking or Woodwork, Ceramics Production, Commercial Cleaning or Janitorial, Construction, Electronics Repair, Event Venues, Food or Beverage Production Plants, Hotels or Lodging, Logistics, Warehousing or Moving, Manufacturing, Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical, Restaurants or Commercial Kitchens, and Retail or Commerce. Expect follow-up questions about privacy, bystanders, restricted information and how you would keep footage authentic while following workplace safety rules.

This is remote contract work for people in the USA, Argentina, Australia, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay and Venezuela. Recording is integrated into regular workplace activity and appears primarily asynchronous, although the listing requires a minimum commitment of 2 hours per day and does not state a maximum schedule. You must own an iPhone 12 or later, Google Pixel 6–9, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or later, and purchase a smartphone head strap locally. Head-strap purchases are reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt, subject to the stated reimbursement limit.
