What the work actually involves

You write short multi-turn conversations — usually one to five turns — in Hindi, designed so that a useful answer depends on something the model would only know from your own Gmail, Search history, YouTube activity or earlier Gemini chats. Then you switch roles and grade what comes back. Three dimensions dominate: Grounding (is every claim the model makes about you actually supported by a data source, or is it a plausible-sounding inference?), Integration (is the personal detail woven in naturally, or does the model overnarrate — announcing that it checked your inbox before answering?), and Helpfulness (did the personalization make the response better, or was it a forced connection that added nothing?).

Most tasks are side-by-side: two responses, you stack-rank them and write a defensible rationale that names the turn where the problem occurred. You will also pull "Debug Info" from the model to confirm which data sources and chat summaries were actually used, and delete evaluation conversations afterwards so they don't pollute your own future chat history. That last step is real work, not a footnote — the project depends on your account staying a realistic account.

What the screen looks for

Turing shortlists from a Job Interest Form, then sends a timed assessment that must be returned within 24 hours. The assessment is the real filter: it wants Hindi writing that is fluent and natural rather than translated-sounding, and rationales that are specific, turn-referenced and short. Expect probes on whether you can tell a correct-but-creepy personalization from an incorrect one, and whether you'll be comfortable enabling personal data sources on your primary Google account — candidates who hedge on that are usually not staffable, since a test account defeats the purpose of the project.
