How the work is evaluated

Each workflow must be captured through screen recording and explained step by step. Interview prep — 10 questions

Matched to what this platform's screening actually measures. Answer each out loud in 60–90 seconds: claim → concrete example → implication.

What it tests: This tests whether your claimed GIMP experience is grounded in a real project with identifiable source material, edits, tools and deliverables.
A strong answer: Describe the original asset, the requested outcome, your own responsibilities and several GIMP-specific operations you performed. Include how you checked the final image against the delivery requirements.
Where people lose it: Candidates lose points by naming broad activities such as retouching or compositing without identifying the tools, layer structure or concrete changes they made.

Summary, eligibility guidance and screening preparation are prepared by Sidequest from the platform's posting. Check the source listing before applying.
